Brad is a technology guy at heart. He's currently consulting for a number of companies around the US. Today Brad is a primarily a strategy guy. He continues vetting and starting new companies and getting them off the ground and then selling them.
Brad's first substantial company was TUSC, which he founded with 2 other amazing partners in 1988. They sold TUSC to Rolta in 2008. In 2011, Brad founded InteliVideo, a video monetization platform, which was eventually sold to Wexler. Brad has traditionally been in a technology role. He started a residential real estate property valuation company, IntelliReal in 2005 that was sold to Equifax in 2011 - his valuation engine produced the most accurate valuations in the country in the nationwide benchmarks. He served as Chairman and Chief Architect (CTO) of TUSC, an Oracle professional services firm for more than 23 years. During his tenure at TUSC, he wrote 6 technology books - 5 for Oracle Press. Brad was curious about the food business, so he started Brad B Jammin, which manufactured over 100 flavors of jams. He built a large wholesale business and eventually sold the brand. Brad has had his real estate license in Colorado and Florida for a number of years now. He has always had a huge interest in real estate. Brad has been a full time resident on Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida since 2022.
